On February 12, 2025, during a plenary meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of recommending candidates for appointment to the positions of judges was discussed.
The judges passed qualification evaluation and were recognized by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine as meeting the requirements for the positions held.
Considering the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission decided to recommend:

- Yana Shkarlat (Kuchko) for appointment to the position of judge at the Marinskyi Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast;
- Volodymyr Chubai for appointment to the position of judge at the Chornobayivskyi Raion Court of Cherkasy Oblast.
