On February 12, 2025, during a meeting of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of submitting a recommendation for the secondment of judges to another courts of the same level and specialization for the administration of justice was discussed.
Due to the change in the territorial jurisdiction of judicial cases, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice for the secondment of four judges from the Druzhkivskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast for a one-year term:
- Alevtyna Hontar to the Dovhintsevskyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- Oleksiі Hrubnyk to the Dovhintsevskyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- Volodymyr Lebezhenko to the Dovhintsevskyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- Svitlana Rahozina to the Dovhintsevskyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
Due to the detection of excessive judicial workload, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice for the secondment of Valeriia Martynenko, a judge of the Kostiantynivskyi City-Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast, for one-year term to the Kyiv-Sviatoshyn Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast.
