On February 18, 2025, the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of information that may indicate the unreliability (including incompleteness) of the statements made by the judge of the Kyiv City Court of Appeals Yaroslav Holovachov in his 2023 declaration of judicial integrity.
Based on the results of the meeting, the Commission found unconfirmed the information that may indicate the unreliability (including incompleteness) of the statements made by the judge of the Kyiv City Court of Appeals Yaroslav Holovachov in his 2023 declaration of integrity.
