On February 12, 2025, during a meeting of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of submitting a recommendation for the secondment of judges to another courts of the same level and specialization for the administration of justice was discussed.
Due to the detection of excessive judicial workload, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice for the secondment of the following judges for a one - year term to the Dzerzhynskyi District Court of Kharkiv City:
- Judge Oleksiі Zinchenko of the Liubotynskyi Town Court of Kharkiv Oblast;
- Judge Viacheslav Hrebeniuk of the Luhynskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast.
