On January 28, 2026, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a recommendation on the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
In connection with the change in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation on the secondment of Serhii Hasanbekov and Roman Нubanov, judges of the NovoMykolayivskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast to the Oleksandrivskyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia City for the administration of justice for a period of one year.
