On January 26, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the recommendation of Yuliia Burzel for appointment to the position of judge of the Yahotynskyi Raion Court of the Kyiv Oblast.
The suitability of a judge appointed for a five-year term prior to the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (Regarding Justice)” must be assessed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
In connection with the confirmation of the ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, one judge is considered to have confirmed her suitability for the position held. The Commission decided to recommend Yuliia Burzel for appointment to the position of judge of the Yahotynskyi Raion Court of the Kyiv Oblast.
