In order to properly prepare candidates for the position of a local court judge and judges who intend to be transferred to another local court, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has published typical questions for cognitive ability testing on its official website for the qualification exam.
The Commission notes that the test database was developed by the winner of the open tender in accordance with the requirements set by the Commission. The development of the database of assignments for cognitive abilities testing was preceded by a series of consultations with national and foreign experts who provided recommendations on the content and features of testing the cognitive abilities of judicial candidates in line with the best international practices in this area.
The cognitive ability test database is unique and is not used for testing in any other institution or organization in the private or public sector.
