On February 05, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a recommendation for the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialization for the administration of justice.
In connection with the change in territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation for the one-year secondment of three judges from the Velykonovosilkivskyi Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast :
- Olha Durach to the Koziatynskyi City-Raion Court of Vinnytsia Oblast;
- Larysa Fysun to the Karlivskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast;
- Olena Yakishyna to the Kharkivskyi Raion Court of Kharkiv Oblast.
