On December 04, 2024, at a meeting of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of introducing a submission with a recommendation to second judges to another court of the same level and specialization for the administration of justice was considered.
In connection with the change in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to present to the High Council of Justice a submission recommending the secondment of judge of the Tokmatskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Pavlo Kovalenko to the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia City for a one-year period.
Due to the impossibility of administering justice in the court, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a submission with a recommendation to second judge of Bilovodskyi Raion Court of Luhansk Oblast Maksym Rukas to Chudnivskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast for a one-year period.
