On January 19, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of confirming the ability of the candidate for the position of judge to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, Andriі Kurylo confirmed his ability to administer justice in the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 11 candidates: 4 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 3 candidates failed to confirm it, and interviews with 4 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition.
