On October 09, 2025, at a session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in Panels, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the position of judge in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal were determined.

The qualification assessment has been suspended pending the results of the review by the National Agency for Corruption Prevention. Notify the NACP of any circumstances that may indicate a violation of anti-corruption legislation by the judge.

Please be reminded, that 33 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 16 vacant positions of judges in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 14 candidates: 7 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, 5 candidates did not confirm this, and interviews with 2 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
