The issue of secondment of judges to Lychakivskyi District Court of Lviv is scheduled for consideration
According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, based on a decision by the High Council of Justice, made on the basis of a submission from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a judge may, with their consent, be temporarily transferred to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice.
Please be informed, that the issue of submitting a request for the temporary transfer (assignment) of three judges to the Lychakivskyi District Court of Lviv City for the administration of justice has been scheduled for consideration at the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
The issue will be considered on March 05, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (Kyiv, General Shapoval St., 9).
A judge who has expressed an intention to be seconded to another court of the same level and specialisation must submit to the Commission an application in the prescribed form (available for download here in Ukrainian), to which he/she must attach:
1) a certificate in the prescribed form (available for download here in Ukrainian);
2) other documents that, in the judge’s opinion, may be taken into account when making a decision (if any).
The deadline for submitting documents is 7 days from the date of publication of this announcement.
The form of submission of documents is paper or electronic.
The documents may be submitted by the judge in person or sent by mail
(including e-mail).

Time for personal submission of documents:
from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 12:45 to 16:00;
on Fridays from 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 12:45 p.m. to 15:00 p.m.
Scanned images of paper documents sent by mail must be sent to the following
e-mail: inbox@vkksu.gov.ua not later than the next day after the date of their sending, together with a scanned image of the document confirming the relevant sending.
Judges wishing to send documents by e-mail must send the consent and other materials to the Commission’s e-mail in the form of an electronic document (signed with a qualified electronic signature).
