On December 22, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine took the Decision No. 222/zp-25 approving the coded results of the fourth stage of the qualification exam (completion of a practical assignment in the specialisation of the High Anti-Corruption Court, in particular its Appeals Chamber) within the framework of the competition for vacant positions of judges in the High Anti-Corruption Court announced by the Commission’s decision No. 112/zp-25 of June 03, 2025.

After the decoding procedure, the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 223/zp-25 of December 22, 2025 approved the decoded results of the fourth stage of the qualification exam (completion of a practical assignment in the specialisation of the High Anti-Corruption Court, in particular its Appeals Chamber) within the framework of the aforementioned competition.

The number of tasks selected for the practical assignment in the specialisation of the High Anti-Corruption Court, in particular its Appeals Chamber, was 2, of which: one task was type 1 and one task was type 2.
Each task was assessed on a scale of 75 points.
The passing score for the fourth stage of the qualification exam is 75 per cent of the maximum possible score, or 112,5 points.
